Why comprehensive training makes sense.

I am occasionally asked why I don't offer individual lessons and only a complete coaching program.

I am well aware that it is quite common in the coaching world that you can simply book an hour. However, it depends very much on the industry and the respective goal.

In certain areas, individual lessons make perfect sense. In others, however, comprehensive coaching over a longer period of time makes more sense and is more effective.

Fitness training as a comparison

Fitness is a very wide-ranging subject. For example, if my goal was to learn how to use the equipment in a gym as a beginner, one or two individual lessons with an expert would make sense.

Because the aim of this coaching would only be to ensure that you can operate the machines correctly.

It doesn't have much to do with real training and basic knowledge. It is very superficial knowledge and will not produce any real results in terms of increasing fitness.

Different goal, different coaching

However, if the aim is not just to use the equipment, but to progressively gain muscle and/or lose fat, comprehensive coaching would be the right choice.

Achieving this goal without the help of a coach with experience in this area is very difficult and sometimes almost impossible.

It is simply not enough to know how the equipment works. You also need to acquire in-depth knowledge of nutrition and training theory.

And as in so many things in life, in-depth theoretical knowledge alone is not enough to achieve the desired results.

Is a coach really necessary?

A coach who can support you in this endeavor over a longer period of time is indispensable if you are serious about achieving good and sustainable results.

They are then available to you with all their knowledge and experience and know exactly what to do and when. They can help with problems and provide advice when questions arise.

Comprehensive coaching vs. individual lessons

Exactly the same applies to dog training as to fitness training.

My clients want to gain in-depth knowledge and be accompanied on their journey with their dogs. They want to make progress and achieve their goals.

That's why I only offer comprehensive coaching and not individual lessons.

This makes working together fun and good results are achieved, which are a pleasure for me as a coach and, of course, for my client.

What does comprehensive coaching mean?

Comprehensive coaching therefore means that I provide my clients with intensive support over a longer period of time.

I offer my knowledge on different channels such as learning videos, zoom consultations, video analysis, private trainings and group trainings over a minimum required period of time to achieve optimal results.

So you won't be able to book fast-food coaching with me. Instead, you will receive comprehensive and goal-oriented coaching with hands and feet.
